FFCRA MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL EMPLOYERS
As part of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act ( FFCRA) all employers are REQUIRED to post this flyer in your workplace. For many of you, your business is shut down due to State and Local Stay Home orders. If your business is shut down, you must share this poster with all of your employees preferably by E-Mail. This is an immediate requirement so please don’t procrastinate.
Should the Department of Labor check and see that you have not complied, there could be fines and penalties.
